Two Men Face Charges Over Heathrow ‘Pepper Spray’ Assault

Two men have been charged in connection with a luggage theft where a believed to be pepper spray led to people being hurt at the UK's busiest airport.

Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, are accused of two robbery charges and charges for administering a noxious substance, authorities have stated.
